About Gary Bennett
Gary is the founder and Chief Marker at Accelerated Internet Strategies, LLC. (xcelMe) which was formed in 2006 and is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Gary has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and has worked for 25 years in the technology and defense industries. He served 10 years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear engineer aboard two nuclear submarines. After leaving the Navy, Gary worked for several companies as a software developer, CIO, and president. As CIO, Gary helped take VistaCare public in 2002. Gary also coauthored three editions of Swift for Absolute Beginners, three editions of Objective-C for Absolute Beginners, and iPhone Cool Projects for Apress.
